Medium to dark brown with lighter highpoints. Strong die cracks through the date and up into the right obverse field from the bust tip. Reverse is quite weak but enough detail to positively identify the variety, including ATE, AMER, and the single-leaf reverse of '95, which can just be made out with a bit of effort. LDS, Breen state IV. A variety that virtually always comes ugly; this coin is an exception and as nice as they come for the grade. Very rare at R5+
, and a popular Redbook variety. Ex: Bill Woytasek 2014, EAC 2019:147.
